Give the possibility of creating a sharing with distinct availability zones between nova and cinder

For now, it seems to me that it is not possible to create a share with a nova Availability Zone different from that of cinder with the generic driver.
There is the possibility of specifying an availability zone but it must be identical for the compute and the volume.
The default Availability Zone defined in nova is also not supported.
