Enhance share manager with share server creation

For the moment in all share back end drivers that create share-servers exist common problem:

If creation of server was failed, then DB not updated properly and some specific data that was really existed was not written to DB.

So, we need some change of approach for share-servers creation to allow get data in each case - success and error, not only in success.

Implementation of this BP will affect all existing drivers, that create share-servers.
