Add support for Cinder volume types with Generic driver

Generic driver uses Cinder as source of block devices.
Cinder supports volume-types, that allows us filter Cinder backends.
Now Generic driver does not provide volume types to Cinder.
Proposal: add new option to generic's config, that will store volume types names and used by driver for volume creation with Cinder.
