Add admin API list shares by share server id

In manila shares stored on share servers using multitenant drivers (generic, cmode).
We have different APIs for showing share servers and shares.
Proposal:
Add possibility to view all shares on some share server by its id:
manila %name_of_
Policy: available only for admins.
