Vote system for launchpad bugs and blueprints.

There's a lot of comments in launchpad where people just tells their opinion. And there's a lot of bug report that have huge amount of comments but that take months/years before get a good priority assignment. There is actually no viable way to mesure how many people ask for a blueprint or for a bug fixing.

A vote system ( Ex. like youtube ) would fix this problem and would greatly help developers assigning good priorities to bugs and blueprint according to the general demand. It would help ubuntu beginners to start contributing to ubuntu, giving a vote is a contribution that anyone is willing to do.

the vote system would probably be very easy to implement in launchpad. Maybe just a "Vote" link in the left Action panel!

This is basically done. Instead of "voting", launchpad implements an "Affects me too" feature, which can be used for sorting. The exact numbers are also available for viewing in special reports. For instance:
