Bugzilla and SF.net Bug Searching and Filing

When linking a bug to an upstream product that does not use Launchpad to track its bugs, the user will be presented with means to search the product's upstream bug tracker or, alternatively, to file a new bug on that bug tracker.
In order to file a new bug on the external bug tracker, the user will be directed to that tracker's bug submission form. As such, the user may need credentials on the external tracker in order to be able to file a new bug.
