This blueprint outlines a new feature to support mass editing of bugs in Launchpad.

The feature will extend the user interface so that users can change collections of bugs at the same time, with ease.

To make the implementation more manageable, we'll tackle it over a number of phases. Each phase will bring incremental improvements in functionality over the previous phase.
