Sort words base on first three letters

Now words are cached and sorted based on the first two letters. This increases performance dramatically but there are still pairs which contain 10.000+ words. If we sort on the first three letters we can decrease the memory usage even more.
One thing should be noted: words with only two letters must be stored in a seperate file.
