Decrease database usage

Now the OpenTaal, database (cache) and user database words are added to the analyzer inside the TalkController. Even if the OpenTaal cache files contains all the information Mai needs the database is still used. Performance will increase if we only access the database when there are unknown words.
If we want to use such a system we must change Mai_Analyzer_Words or use it twice (first using OpenTaal as a source and second using the database).
