Individual Management of Node Groups
At the mid-cycle meet-up, splitting Bay/BayModels into Clusters and NodeGroups was discussed. This will enable interesting use-cases involving heterogenous clusters and more precise management of node groups while also improving Magnum's data model.

(Drago) Discuss the possibility of having multiple master nodegroups. Possible use-cases, not sure if typical real-world scenarios: 1. HA setups requiring heterogenous nodes, such as cross-AZ. 2. Changing infrastructure of the master nodes by adding a 2nd nodegroup, then removing the original one.
