Magnum APIs Test coverage in Tempest Lib
Currently, only functional tests that are present in Magnum (outside of functional unit tests) are running against magnum-pythonclient and are limited to spinning up baymodels and bays. The goal of this blueprint is to add more APIs test for magnum that cover all exposed resources.
