Web Interface for Magnum in Horizon
Implement a web interface for Magnum for use in Horizon. Consider implementation as a Horizon plugin to get maximum re-use of Horizon components without requiring code to be contributed directly to the Horizon project. Ideally, the Magnum web UI would model all features that are available in the Magnum REST API.
A first iteration might implement CRUD operations on BayModel and Bay resources, and subsequent iterations can add Pod, Container, Service, ReplicationCont
