Magnum

For magnum intergration with cinder part, it need kubnetes 1.1.1+ and docker 1.8.3+ to support

Although the https://blueprints.launchpad.net/magnum/+spec/ubuntu-image-build

was planned for ubuntu image build, but we not sure if it can finished soon,

For magum cinder intergtation bp: https://blueprints.launchpad.net/magnum/+spec/magnum-integrate-with-cinder
we need related kubernetes 1.1.1+ and docker 1.8.3+ to support related volume drivers backends.

So we draft a new bp to track it if ubuntu image can not finished quickly. We would try atomic image.

This has Kubernetes 1.1.1 and Docker 1.9.1

The build process will be generalized to include the Fedora image.
