Delete unused DB API's

With Magnum moving to fetching objects from bay using the k8s endpoint the DB API;s are dead code and needs to be cleaned off. This effort is to clean off the dead code.

i think with removing container endpoint all unnecessary db api are removed, so it can be closed. -- yatin
