Simple implementation for async table operations worker

We were faced with few problems and don't know what is the best way for async worker implementation. Therefore it is necessary to have some simple working solution for testing and future improvement.
It is proposed to start async task in thread pool which we use for parallel batch operation for now and don't implement any queue
