In order to provide event monitoring we should add integration with NotificationSystem

Oslo Notifier is an Oslo incubator project. We can use Notifier to send event to different implementations of notifier, such as log, rabbitmq, rpc, etc.
Use cases: As a MagnetoDB administrator, I want to see user table and data item CRUD events, and a graph of the total amount of reads, writes, and storage used by all services broken down by domain and project, in order to determine service health and project capacity needs.
