Lightweight PutItem method for bulk data load

We need lightweight PutItem method at storage layer usable for bulk loads of large amounts of data. This method should perform simple transformation from dict into cql 'INSERT' statement and execute one DB access call. All aditional data (table schema etc.) should be privided through parameters. No conditionals or update operations should be supported, no data validation performed.
