Use UUIDs as the internal names for tables / column families in Cassandra

Registered by Nuno Santos

Based on the discussion on today's IRC meeting (minutes at http://eavesdrop.openstack.org/meetings/test/2014/test.2014-10-23-14.19.html), and the feedback on review https://review.openstack.org/125445/ , internal names for tables / column families in Cassandra (used in the mapping table magnetodb.table_info) should be UUIDs instead of some shortened/hashed version of the full name provided by the user.
