refactor attribut management

All attributs (set, group, attribut, option...) should be managed in a separated module.
We shoudl also refactor the code to syncronize it with magento.
We should also support the default value (indead with an existing magento we can import the default value set in the external system)
I think I will do it for 6.2 version
