Mapping magento tier price

Magento Tier price should be mapped with OpenERP price. This is not easy todo as OpenERP don't compute the price with the same way.
The first step will be to map a openerp pricelist with a tier price (so we will be able to manage discount for some customer)
The next step will be to improve openerp to manage promotion regarding the quantity sell and them syncronize the result with magento.
