Map the carrier from Magento to OpenERP

HOW IT WORKS:
magentoerpconnect already depends on the "delivery" module (90% of the case there are physical deliveries)
for the mapping to be effective, you should properly set the Magento carrier code on every OpenERP carrier from the delivery module. Then when magentoerpconnect download orders from Magento, it will see if some OpenERP carrier is matching the Magento order "shipping_method" code. If yes, that carrier will be assigned to the OpenERP order.
Note: if you are using several kind of delivery (like fast or slow) from the same carrier in Magento, you can achieve the mapping by setting up several carriers inside OpenERP, with different Magento codes and different price grids.
