Export only categories that changed since last export

when exporting products from OpenERP to Magento, it will update/create all the categories. It can take a long time. For instance we have a customer with over Magento 150 categories, it takes like 5 minutes in category update before synchronizing any product... Also filtering to export only categories that changed shouldn't be that hard as categories tend to be only a simple flat table.

in the branch for OpenERP v6 (I'm not sure for OpenERP v5),
categories are exported only if one category changed since last catalog export. Note that in this case all categories are exported, not just the one that changed, we can probably do better here.
