Stabilization and 12.04.02 SRU

Rationale:
MAAS went through several enhancements during the 12.10 cycle. It's not using Cobbler anymore. It's supporting multi-cluster for scalability, IMPI, ARM and is just generally more stable. We want the best MAAS to be available for 12.04 users also.
Goal:
Fix some of the polish bugs still opened at the end of 12.10 and make the goodness available to 12.10 and 12.04 users through a SRU.
