Support of ignition files

Fedora CoreOS and Redhat CoreOS installations are using ignition files instead of kickstart. It would be great to have a support in MaaS for use cases. Using ignition, you can just point the installations to files located on webserver, and the installer is fetching the file and installs it for you.
