Add juju deployed machine.

Deployed machines cannot be enlisted in maas. It would become handy to be able to add the deployed machine respecting the deployment. Use cases where it could be helpful to have this feature:
1) Production environment deployment where the maas database has been lost(or corrupted because of an upgrade/downgrade of maas)
2) To be able to control through maas a deployment done with juju beforehand.
