Implement ssh port forwarding to access remote LDAP databases

It would be nice if LUM were capable of tunnelling ldap connections through SSH because it is often useful to manage an LDAP tree on a remote server that do not expose the LDAP service on the Internet (such as remote add and remove users and groups).
