Allow checkboxes to be hidden for individual rows

The user may want certain parent rows to act as headings. That is, they do not necessarily contain any information about completion of their children. Perhaps checkbox visibility can be set for the Topic column on a per-row basis, rather than on a per-column basis for the Topic column only.
