Implement an event driven Input handling system using SDL 1.3

Our engine needs to be capable of input handling, this should be done event driven thus having a class hierarchy:
event -> mouseButtonEvent | mouseMoveEvent | keyPressEvent | keyReleaseEvent and perhaps some joystick inputs too

This should be its own module with an interface for registering an event handling routine of the engine kernel.
