Port LSC to Vala

After the PackageKit port, the Vala port should be quite simply, because the Gtk syntax is the same (thanks to gi.repository).
The PackageKit bindings are available for Vala too.

I'm doing some tests now, a simple GUI showing a Gtk.TreeView with a ListStore filled with all the packages in the database(sqlite3 bindings), and hell is fast! Vala is the way to go.
Vala port is now well underway, widgets are almost completed and the main file is being worked on.
Glenn: What is the difference in memory usage between the old, I believe, Python version and the new Vala version? Hmm... all LXDE apps should be Vala. :P
