Manual Hosting
We need to find a place to store our future manual. There a lot of references within the manual that is their official link. It would be neat to have our own - although not sure if possible.

[ianorlin] people.ubuntu.com. is one place Could we have manual at the top lubuntu.net would be nice but need a backend to store the actual pdf. The file is not that big of when I last tried to build it only about 6.8 Megabytes so not sure how much bandwidth it would take.
Although for this to work we should probably document how to make a pdf in the first place in case life events mean someone away for extended period of time and then we write the manual but have no one able to make a pdf of it. Although should this be a work item?

Yea, I figured it wouldn't be a big file, but still needs its host. Maybe Phill could lend us some space at his website?
Also, in regard to document all processes of the manual, that is why I created this as a blueprint, rather a working item.
For future editions, I intend to edit the blueprints and schedules, so that people can take care of this on time.
