Can we define a deadline for this task? It eases off our job since we can focus on some tasks according to their schedule as well.
Perhaps we could split the sources of information within the team, then gather all information and then prepare the final document later on.

@gsilva: we already talked about deadlines on the IRC. Just as additional information: I am working with Rafael Laguna on the design to figure out how much space we do have to fill with text.
Once that is done, we'll open up a blueprint to work on the text.
