Lubuntu QA Sub-Team needs a New Team Leader

As you all may know, Phill has resigned from Lubuntu QA Team - https://lists.launchpad.net/lubuntu-qa/msg03520.html - and for now, Julien is taking the administrative responsibility but IMHO, Julien should not waste time on this, someone else must step in and help the QA-Team and I do suggest the one who is going to take this burden on his/her shoulder to be a current member of the QA-Team and not someone outside the team. Why? because there is NO TIME to educate/teach people what must be done and what must not be done. I leave this to the Lubuntu QA Team to decide what is the best for them :)

Whiteboard

[amjjawad] https://lists.launchpad.net/lubuntu-qa/msg03520.html - it has been '2' months since Phill has sent this email and until now, NO ONE has stepped in and taken that role? and then people complain why Lubuntu 13.10 is not a good release! rather than complaining, offer your help. And for the QA Team, 2 months to decide who is going to lead the Team? this is a long period, IMHO!

I hope the email I sent will be the wake up call for this team!

Work Items

Work items:
- Email sent to the QA Team - https://lists.launchpad.net/lubuntu-qa/msg04046.html: DONE
- Some good 'still' active people of Lubuntu QA are suggesting to find/recruit more testers and bring new blood to the team and this can be done at the same time of finding a new Team Leader for the Team. This discussion is already on the mailing list of Lubuntu QA Team : INPROGRESS
