This is where you play product manager and decide exactly what is going to be in the initial release. Before your featurelist hits the moon, remember that you are also the project manager. The project manager has the fun job of evaluating resources and determining if the featurelist is possible in a given timeframe. Keep in mind we have a target release date of the initial release in Spring 2008. Make sure it will be reasonable to accomplish the features in the given time frame.
