Make it possible to run LottaNZB on Windows

The work is almost done, but I felt like creating a blueprint. ;-)
Some minor modifications had to be made in the LottaNZB code. But overall, py2exe does a great job. setup.py now contains a bunch of pre- and post-py2exe operations.

However, there are some things that don't work properly yet:
- The download stops after about five seconds when HellaNZB is launched from within LottaNZB
- Vista doesn't use the right icon for the desktop shortcut
- Online documentation
- The systray menu needs to be scrolled into view on XP
