As proposed by Lycian:
Let the user specifiy the amount of gigabytes he's allowed to download each month from a particular Usenet server. Display the remaining amount of data that can still be downloaded in that particular month based on the user input and the statistical information provided by SABnzbd.
Maybe also display a warning if there is more data in the queue than the user is allowed to download in that particular month.
