Drop util.Observable and use GObject instead

When I started working on LottaNZB I didn't know that the event handling system of pyGTK could be used for own classes, that's why I introduced util.Observable. GObject, which is the base class for most pyGTK classes, is more powerful than our current solution and furthermore it would let us use the same syntax for both UI and the other events.
