Make the modes module ready for SABnzbd

Using SABnzbd the differences between the usage modes will be fewer, since it's possible to change the configuration no matter what instance LottaNZB is connected to. Modes will be called sessions in the future and there will be the two types "local" and "remote", where the local one just takes care of launching SABnzbd and importing HellaNZB configuration files.
What we also need is are more sophisticated error handling capabilities, that can be exploited efficiently by the UI.
