Changes that need to be made to LottaNZB's preferences window

LottaNZB 0.6 needs to transparently sync SABnzbd's configuration with the one displayed in LottaNZB's preferences UI. Except for the server information, changes must be applied instantaneously. The most important additions in the 0.6 series are the support for specifying an observed directory, a post-processing drop-down menu as well as a new 'Web' tab, allowing the user to enable or disable remote access, and protecting it with a username and a password.
