Update documentation

Registered by Severin H

Our documentation is already out of date, but after a transition to SABnzbd, it will be even worse. I guess this time we won't be able to ignore this.

Stéphane Maniaci has offered work on this and base the new documentation on Mallard [1] [2], which is an excellent idea. An advantage of LottaNZB 0.6 is that the UI difference between the two session types (local and remote) is barely noticeably, which will make it easier to write documentation. The new documentation should consist of significantly less text, making it easier to maintain and also more useful for LottaNZB's users [3].

A new structure for the topic-based documentation has been created and the introductory topics and those covering the basic functionality have been written. Even 'Help' buttons leading to specific topics within the documentation are starting to pop up throughout the application.
