Remember the location of the 'Add file' dialog

If you regularily add NZB files from a certain directory that is not your home directory, it's tiresome to navigate to it everytime you open the 'Add file' dialog. What I propose is to add a 'last_location' to the (new) 'gui.add_file' config section, so that the dialog remembers the last location even over multiple sessions.
