Create MIME icons for NZB files

Enqueueing an NZB file will be as easy as double clicking on it in the next version of LottaNZB. We need to ensure such files have their own look.

Pushed an initial draft of the mime icons in different resolutions to main yesterday. For an unknown reason, Nautilus doesn't use those mime icons for NZB files, but Firefox, LottaNZB etc. do. If I don't figure it out myself, I'll join an IRC channel where people might know the answer.
