Integrate HellaNZB log message parsing mechanism into the log module

The log module should use the HellaNZB log message parsing mechanism and add the extracted information to the logging.LogRecords stored in __Log. Thanks to the unique identifier (a class), it should be easy for other parts of LottaNZB to check what a HellaNZB message is about.

We could also provide a way to let other parts of LottaNZB know if a certain HellaNZB message was received during the most recent update cycle.
