Handle disconnects more gracefully

At the moment LottaNZBs just quits with a short error message in case the connection to the HellaNZB daemon was lost. This could be solved much better. By providing a tiny window with a few options like "Reconnect", "Restart" etc. we could give the user a much more convenient method to handle this scenario. LottaNZB could even try to reconnect periodically.
