Correctly handle HellaNZB's limit of 20 log messages

HellaNZB always passes 20 of the most recent log messages to the client over XMLRPC. Our log module doesn't currently handle this hard-coded limit. Once the limit of 20 messages is reached, LottaNZB will just stop displaying new messages. This needs to be changed as we want to parse HellaNZB's log messages in 0.4 to pass error to the user!
