Check if the user has entered the necessary server information

Currently the user can add a server that hasn't got any name, address etc. We should check if the user has entered something in the "Name", "Address" and "Port" fields and also in the authentication fields, in case the server requires it.

There would be two possible ways to indicate that the input is incomplete: Either by disabling the save button or by displaying an error message when hitting the save button.
