Add LottaNZB to the Ubuntu repositories
Along those months, the program has reached a nearly stable state, and even if there are a few bugs left, I think we can ask for Ubuntu integration. Not as preinstalled software, but available from repos. Don't really know the procedure about this, brainstorm.

Whiteboard
Lantash: We should definitely not miss the deadline this time (Jaunty). It looks as LottaNZB 0.4 will be a quite stable release and suitable for being added to the Ubuntu repositories.
Steph: We should speed up for LottaNZB 0.4 release. This means a call for testing, translations, documentation update, etc, which take a lot of time, but can be finished before Jaunty freeze. Is there a great gap between actual trunk and 0.4 release ?
Lantash: You're absolutely right, Steph. An unofficial 0.4 feature freeze has already taken effect, and there are few bugs left as it seems. There are numerous new translations on lp.net and not many new strings were added in the 0.4 development cycle. The translation template on lp.net should be updated as soon as possible and no string changes should be done after that.
Sander doesn't have access to the internet at home for about two weeks.
Lantash: I've no idea why LottaNZB is still in Debian's NEW queue. Is there some sort of a freeze in place I don't know about? As long as this is the case, it won't be possible to request a sync to Ubuntu. I fear that we'll miss the deadline another time. :-/
Clément: If I recall correctly, the first package I got into Debian (gtkvncviewer) remained around 2 weeks in the NEW queue.
Lantash: I guess that we'll have to exercise ourselves in patience then. :-)
Lantash: LottaNZB has finally been uploaded to Debian. See the development blog for more details.
