Streamline interface and features for events

Lets streamline the interface and feature-set.

1. World Map shown with large events advertised below (e.g. a Linux conference with 1000+ attending)
2. Click a Country from World Map
3. An index of all events in Africa by date is shown, with a search-bar above
4. Entering an event link will display streamlined page with the following:
• Sidebar (or top bar) with Group logo and previous event photos
• Small summary of group shown below (or if top bar, then next to) logo
• Show map (OpenLayers?) with location and details next to it in sidebar
• In other sidebar show users who've RSVP'd, with a big "Attend" button that changes to "I'm attending" if you've RSVP'd
5. Allow members to buy tickets and/or pay for membership subscription
