Support of multi deployments

The LMA toolchain must support several OpenStack environements.

This implies several abilities which concern all the tool chain:
- ensure that data collected (metrics and logs) are environmentally aware (this should be the case currently),
- the operator have all necessary information and tools to deploy several OpenStack environments using the same Logging, Monitoring and Alerting platform. The process must be automated as much as possible,
- the operator have the ability to select a particular environment when viewing dashboards (Kibana and Grafana),
- the operator have the possibility to choose different contacts per environments which receive alert notifications
