Scalable Nagios API for StackLight
On large deployment we observe a bottleneck characterized by a high CPU load on the active node hosting the Nagios/Apache combo.This scalability issue is due to the high rate of process forks made by Apache to execute the cmd.cgi program, that every request hits. A launchpad bug #1552772 gathers details observed during a load test with 200 nodes.
