Use InfluxDB relay for HA

Since 0.12, the clustering has been removed from InfluxDB open source version. To support HA we need to use another solution and they now provide an InfluxDB relay to enable write on several servers. With a load balancer it can be a replacement to the clustering provided before 0.12
